About

Biography

Chris Chu is a Reader in Human Resource Management. He obtained his PhD from the Aston University. Prior to joining the University of Surrey, he received The Tore Browaldh Foundation (Tore Browaldhs Stiftelse) to work at the Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden. His research focus is on work-family interface, strategic HRM and leadership. His research has been published in refereed international journals such as Human Resource Management (FT-45), Journal of Business Ethics (FT-45), Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies (FT-45), Human Performance, and International Journal of Human Resource Management.
