Dr Munir Abbasi is a senior researcher and project manager. He received his PhD in Interoperability of wireless technology in hybrid networks and quality of service from Brunel University, London, UK. He has a broad range of experience (more than 25 years) working on various ‘State-of-the-Art’ national and international programmes and projects. He has worked both for public and private sectors which include communications, defence and education. He has been working and contributing on several EU funded projects including Base 2, Dyrect, TEL-MAP, HOTEL, FET-Art, Open Discovery Space, CRe-AM, ADVANCE and Designscapes projects.
