Development and validation of a quality of life questionnaire for children and teenagers with food intolerances
This project aims to develop and validate a quality of life questionnaire for children and teenagers with food intolerance. It will adapt the food allergy quality of life questionnaire (FAQLQ) for children and teenagers through cognitive interviewing. The questionnaire will then be validated by disseminating it for completion by young people with food intolerances. This project is part of a wider study run by Aston University and funded by the Food Standards Agency to look at how food allergy and intolerance and coeliac disease affects people’s lives.
