Biography

PhD Title: The Emerging Communitarian Liberal in the Civil Republic

Broadly speaking, my research investigates how to reconcile the principles of liberty, community and the state. Essentially, I am concerned with finding an effective political philosophy for the 21st century, one which can accommodate the new constraints being imposed around security, terrorism and other political, social, economic, technological, and environmental changes.
