The Canine Rehabilitation Institute (CRI) are bringing the Canine Rehabilitation Therapist Certificate Programme's - Introduction to Canine Sports Medicine Module to the University of Surrey’s stunning new School of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Janet Van Dyke founder of the Canine Rehabilitation Institute (CRI) and Dr. Chris Zink will be teaching the module in Guildford, UK, alongside Dr Constanza Gomez Alvarez DVM PhD MRCVS CVA CCRT the University of Surrey’s Head of the Veterinary Biomechanics Laboratory. Chris Zink, DVM, PhD, DACVP, DACVSMR, CCRT, CVSMT, CVA obtained her DVM and PhD from the Ontario Veterinary College. She is a professor at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine where she teaches pathology and conducts AIDS research. She also has a consultation business in canine sports medicine and rehabilitation, and is the author of several books on canine health including Peak Performance: Coaching the Canine Athlete, Canine Nutrition for Dummies, Jumping A to Z, and The Agility Advantage. Dr. Zink also is co-editor of the textbook, Canine Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation (Wiley, 2013).
