Dr Sarvarian participates in symposium celebrating the 150th anniversary of the International Law Association
Dr Arman Sarvarian, Reader in Public International Law, participated in a roundtable on sanctions at the Paris symposium organized to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the International Law Association.
Dr Sarvarian spoke on the subject of the future of targeted sanctions indicated by the UN Security Council with particular reference to their regulation in terms of human rights protections within the UN system.
