Research Interests
I am a lecturer in the Fields, Strings, and Geometry Group (formerly known as Mathematical Physics Group). My research ranges from formal areas in mathematics to applied areas in theoretical physics such as:
- Twistor geometry and applications to differential geometry
- Integrability in string and gauge theories and hidden symmetries
- String theory/gauge theory dualities including gravity/fluid dualities
- Membranes in string and M-theory
- Supergravity
- Solitons and instantons
