Surrey Research Park, owned and operated by the University of Surrey, is home to around 200 businesses. It creates opportunities for its tenant businesses to collaborate with the University and supports the goals of academia, industry and entrepreneurship.

The Surrey Innovation District operates the SETsquared Surrey Business Incubator and manages the partnership with the wider regional SETsquared partnership.
