Operating with the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, we offer a modern à la carte dining experience - where everything is made in-house, from the bread at the start, to the biscuit with your coffee. Whether it's a leisurely meet with friends, a quick bite to eat or to entertain that all important business guest, Lakeside makes the ideal location for lunch.
Changing the menu on a monthly basis, we source the best local produce at the right time and price, giving our customers a top end dining experience of unrivalled value. Our wine range is sourced from as close to home as Denbies Estate on Surrey's North Downs, to as far afield as the Lebanon.
Far from just being an à la carte restaurant the Lakeside provides a critical training environment for our International Hospitality Management students. Under the expert guidance of the Lakeside professional team, they prepare, produce and serve a themed set menu to run alongside the à la carte menu.
