Continuing Professional Development
The Continuing Professional Development programmes and modules offered by the university have been presented through the NHS priorities of Quality, Innovation, Productivity and Prevention (QIPP), working closely with the NHS to support the delivery of key national strategies. The QIPP agenda emphasises the need to create an environment, in which change and improvement can flourish, a fundamental method of achieving this is through education.
Our programmes and modules are developed in partnership with health and social care providers to ensure that they offer an up to date, relevant and evidence based approach. It is important that we remain responsive to the changing health and social care needs of our society, therefore we have a number of flexible modules which can be adapted to provide specific education in a timely way. If you cannot see a module that meets your needs please use the enquiry e-mail address below which will be directed to an appropriate member of staff:
The following links detail the QIPP pathways, each links lists those modules which have been mapped against this heading. Under the Undergraduate Lifelong Learning and Postgraduate Lifelong Learning pages are a collection of programmes which the modules also span across. Please also see the attached Continuing Professional Development Brochure for further details.
