We are committed to ensuring individuals from all backgrounds have every opportunity to pursue a career in medicine. We recognise the unique value that students with diverse life experiences bring to both medical education and the profession, and we are dedicated to identifying and nurturing potential in those who may not yet have seen medicine as a pathway open to them. Through targeted outreach, fair admissions processes and ongoing support, we aim to play our part in building a more inclusive and representative medical profession that truly serves the needs of patients across the UK.
