Biography

Jason is a Lecturer in Tourism and Events Management. His main research interests include tourism economics, tourist behaviour, demand modelling and forecasting in tourism and hospitality, and applications of quantitative research methods. Before joining the University of Surrey, Jason received his BA in Economics in 2004 and MSc in Economics and Statistics in 2007. He then worked as a research officer at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where he obtained his PhD in Tourism Management. He also has experience as a lecturer and tutor in Tourism Economics and Quantitative Research Methods. Jason has been working on a number of research projects about tourism demand modelling and forecasting, tourism impact evaluation, and tourist satisfaction assessment.
