The best things about my course

I appreciate the hands-on experience and clinical placements offered on my nursing course. Applying theoretical knowledge in real healthcare settings has been invaluable in solidifying my understanding and preparing me for my future career as a nurse. What I enjoy most about studying at Surrey

The best things are the vibrant campus life and the diverse range of clubs and societies available. The campus atmosphere is always buzzing with energy, and there are always events or activities available to get involved in. Whether it's joining a sports team, participating in cultural clubs or engaging in academic societies, there's something for everyone. These opportunities benefit my social life and allow me to pursue my interests and hobbies outside of my studies. The sense of community fostered by these clubs and societies makes Surrey feel like home, and I'm grateful for the connections and experiences they provide.

Looking to the future 

I aim to work as a registered nurse in a hospital, preferably in the emergency department or critical care unit. I'm passionate about providing compassionate and skilled care to patients during critical moments in their lives, and these environments will allow me to make a meaningful impact. In the long term, I'm also considering furthering my education to specialise in a particular area of nursing or pursuing leadership roles within healthcare. Overall, I'm excited about the opportunities and committed to continuing my professional development in the field.
