Please submit a photo to be displayed on your profile. If you have it, a photo depicting you at your place of work, a simple head shot or a photo of your time at Surrey would be ideal.
We require a minimum image size of 800 x 600 pixels.
Terms and conditions of use
How will we use your profile?
Your profile will be used by the marketing department on the course pages of the main University website to highlight the career paths of our alumni. They may also feature in marketing for prospective students or in our alumni magazine or newsletter. From time to time we may contact you regarding other potential marketing uses.

1. Use of submitted information
Your submitted profile information will be held by the Alumni and Development Office. By submitting an alumni profile, you are agreeing that your information can be added to our database of graduate stories and accessed by other University departments (Marketing, Careers, Academic Schools) for their use. Please only include content that you do not mind people viewing.
The information that you have provided will be used to populate a public, online, searchable database of alumni profiles on the Forever Surrey website www.surrey.ac.uk/alumni. Please be aware that some or all of your profile content may also appear in University of Surrey publications such as prospectuses, on departmental websites or other marketing materials.
2. Your responsibilities
You may withdraw or edit your alumni profile at any time. To do so, please contact the Alumni and Development Office.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the content that you submit is not inflammatory, racist, sexist, homophobic, abusive or likely to offend.
The University reserves the right to edit any or all of your submitted profile content. Additionally, the University is not required to use any of the content that is submitted if it is not appropriate or if it is not needed.
The University has no control over or responsibility for the truth or accuracy of any submitted alumni profile.
Any data submitted to the University through your alumni profile or any data you choose to update in the future will be processed by the University in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
If you do not agree to our terms and conditions, please do not submit an alumni profile.
