Marco's hospitality career began in Germany in 1988 and has since hold senior management and leadership positions with Four Seasons Hotel, Claridge's, Corinthia Hotel, Breitenbacher Hoff, Bachmair Hotel, Cunard Line and SAGA Cruises as well as being the Principal at Culina Consulting.
He has completed executive management courses at EHL in Switzerland and at York University in Canada. He also graduated from Oxford Brookes University with an MSc (distinction) in International Hospitality and Tourism Management. Having spent several years working in management positions in the cruise industry, Marco decided to write his dissertation on 'The strategic approach of new product development within the cruise line industry'.
