Budget Rooms

Battersea Court and Surrey Court typically comprise four or five-storey houses with between five and 15 single rooms and a kitchen on each floor. Most rooms have a washbasin, and each floor shares three toilets and three showers. The kitchens are large and provide space to prepare meals as well as for socialising. The flats that comprise of five rooms share two toilets and two showers and do not have washbasins in the bedrooms.

• Parking: No parking for residents (unless there are very exceptional circumstances). 
• Location: Battersea and Surrey Courts are in the centre of the Stag Hill campus and perfectly located for most things at the University.
• Transport:  All students are eligible for a discounted Stagecoach bus pass, giving access to all local routes. There are storage facilities for bicycles, and you can also access our bike rental scheme, NextBike, on your doorstep.

Cathedral Court has seven houses. Each block typically has three or four floors of seven rooms with washbasins, a kitchen, two shared showers and two toilets. 

• Parking: No parking for residents (unless there are very exceptional circumstances). 
• Location: Cathedral Court is located in the centre of the Stag Hill campus, so it is perfectly located for most things at the University.
• Transport:  All students are eligible for a discounted Stagecoach bus pass, giving access to all local routes. There are storage facilities for bicycles, and you can also access our bike rental scheme, NextBike, on your doorstep.

Stag Hill Court has 43 terraced houses each with a large kitchen, six single rooms without washbasins and two split-level (Band Shared) rooms. The single rooms are arranged in pairs sharing an adjacent shower room with a toilet and washbasin.

• Parking: No parking for residents (unless there are very exceptional circumstances). 
• Location: Stag Hill Court is a sociable and popular place to live, close to the Students' Union and Rubix. 
• Transport:  All students are eligible for a discounted Stagecoach bus pass, giving access to all local routes. There are storage facilities for bicycles, and you can also access our bike rental scheme, NextBike, on your doorstep.

Twyford Court has seven modern three-storey houses mostly arranged into floors of 12 en-suite rooms sharing a large kitchen-diner.

• Parking: No parking for residents (unless there are very exceptional circumstances).
• Location: Located in a relatively quiet area of campus and close to the Guildford School of Acting facilities.
• Transport:  All students are eligible for a discounted Stagecoach bus pass, giving access to all local routes. There are storage facilities for bicycles, and you can also access our bike rental scheme, NextBike, on your doorstep.

University Court has more than 300 en-suite rooms in 17 houses with two or three floors of 10 to 15 students sharing a kitchen/diner.

• Location: Located at the edge of campus closest to the town centre and railway station.
