Overview

IPROCOM ATC 1 proves to be a magnet for international visitors and brings equal to 30 experts from 13 nations.

Professor Chuan-Yu (Charley) Wu, UK said: "In addition to perform scientific research, IPROCOM also aims to train a cohort of young scientists with the necessary depth and breadth of experience combined with the task-specific research skills and generic and transferable skills that are required to communicate and work effectively across disciplinary and sectoral boundaries in the field of particulate product manufacturing."

Georg Scharrer, RCPE, Austria said: "We are delighted to be hosting the first workshop, and thus be able to set the bar for the quality of further education. Our guests were visibly excited by the program and the necessary change through hands-on activities at the RCPE."

Professor Johannes Khinast, RCPE, Austria said: "Funded projects of this kind are the basis of the exchange of research results and provide an excellent opportunity to work with research groups across Europe to come in contact. And from that we benefit in two ways: through the constant exchange we stay one hand, the research on state-of-the-art offer and provide to the other side at the same time for young talent."
