Bee Spatial Project Launch and Teacher Training

In March 2026, Prof. Emily Farran, along with Lab member Angelina Orav, Jane Brown and Kate McNally at White Rose Education, and Camilla Gilmore at the University of Loughborough launched the Bee Spatial training programme. The launch entailed a training event for teachers of Year 3 children on the value of spatial reasoning for mathematics, and how to implement the Bee Spatial programme with their class.
