About
Biography
Hannah completed her training in Cognitive-Behavioural interventions in 2018 with the University of Southampton. Hannah worked in the specialist Op Courage service, aimed at treating Military Veterans with complex mental health challenges. She has a particular interest in trauma focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for PTSD and complex trauma.
Hannah's background is as Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner in the NHS talking therapies services, and is experienced in offering CBT supervision.
