My research project
The SHIELD Dog Health Study: Investigating the Effects of Diet on Canine HealthMy PhD research investigates how different diets influence canine skin, gastrointestinal and immune health. The SHIELD Dog Health Study combines clinical research, owner-reported outcomes and multi-omics approaches to better understand diet–health relationships in dogs.
This project is supported by a Knowledge Transfer Partnership between the University of Surrey and Butternut Box, co-funded by UK Research and Innovation through Innovate UK.
