Module 2 - Sustainability quick wins: enhance your sustainability positioning

Module aim

This module will guide SMEs to identify, act on, and communicate sustainability ‘quick wins’, namely sustainability-oriented practices that might be already present in the business but needs to be enhanced and showcased.

Part one

  • What do we do well (i.e. customer trust, employee engagement, innovation, community value, resilience)?
  • How do these dimensions relate to sustainable practices?

Part two

  • Identify how these practices constitute different types of sustainability ‘quick wins’
  • Turning improvements into stories and building momentum through visible wins and team involvement.

Learning outcomes

A “Sustainability Wins worksheet” across six areas (resources, people, community, products, supply chain, governance) and the top three sustainability quick wins to highlight and showcase to enhance brand sustainability positioning and reputation.
