Our location and how to get here

The conference will take place at the Founders Studio, Guildford School of Acting, on the University of Surrey’s Stag Hill campus in Guildford, UK.

Accommodation 

On-campus accommodation

Single en-suite rooms are available to delegates at a cost of £ 50 per night. These rooms are located in the Manor House campus, which is about 20-minute walk from the conference venue. The accommodations can be booked via the Registration system – just click the Registration button at the top of the Conference webpage and follow the instructions.

Hotel accommodation

The following hotels are within walking distance of the University and have easy access to public transport. There are frequent bus services from the main campus to the town centre and railway/bus stations (5 min drive). We advise that you book your hotel accommodation well in advance.

• Holiday Inn Guildford - Located very close to campus, particularly the Manor Park site. Prices vary depending on night required and availability. 
• Asperion Hotel - A popular choice – small, boutique hotel offering very reasonable rates and within easy walking distance of both University Campus and Mainline railway station.
• Mandolay Hotel - A four-star boutique hotel at the top end of the High Street. Approx 35-40 minute walk from Stag Hill campus. Very close to Guildford London Road railway station. 
• Angel Hotel - A small, historic hotel situation on Guildford High Street within walking distance of both University Campus and mainline railway station. 
• Premier Inn Guildford - Prices vary. Located a short car journey from Campus.
• Travelodge Guildford  - Prices vary. Located a short car journey from Campus.
• Travelodge hotels close to the University of Surrey.
