

Guest rooms
The University has a temporary rooms available on Stag Hill campus and Manor Park campus for students and visitors staying for short periods of time. This includes guest rooms, summer vacation rooms, graduation rooms, and exam rooms.
Graduation guest rooms
We are pleased to be able to offer rooms to graduands and their guests for the July 2023 graduation ceremonies.
Bookings will open Friday 19 May 2023 at 9am through the online application form.
You will be able to book stays of between 1-10 nights, between Thursday 13 July and Sunday 23 July 2023.
Students can book a up to 3 rooms for themselves, family or friends. The rooms will cost £22.50 (standard room, with shared bathroom facilities) or £30.00 (en-suite) per night. Bedding will be included and made for your arrival, and a towel will be provided.

The University has a limited number of guest rooms on Stag Hill campus and Manor Park campus for visitors staying for short periods of time (up to 28 days). Visitors range from commuting students, guests of students to new members of staff and visiting academics.
The rooms vary in size and price but are all ‘room only’ and no meals are included. There are restaurants and shops nearby.

Standard single guest rooms
These rooms have a washbasin in the room and use of shared shower rooms. They are located in Blackwater House (Surrey Court) on Stag Hill campus.
Single en-suite guest rooms
These rooms have an en-suite shower room with toilet and washbasin. They are located in Millennium House on Stag Hill campus and at Manor Park.
Double en-suite guest rooms
These rooms have an en-suite shower room with toilet and washbasin. They are located in Millennium House and Blackwater House on Stag Hill campus and at Manor Park.
Prices per night are shown below, including VAT. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change annually in September.

Bedding and towels are provided in your guest room. Rooms are serviced and beds made daily Monday to Friday but not on Saturdays, Sundays, or public and University holidays.
Parking
On Stag Hill campus, visitors may park in the pay-and-display car park which is signposted from the main entrance to the University. Please see the how to get here information for details of charges. There is no parking at Manor Park.
The flat has a kitchen that is equipped for full self-catering with a kettle, toaster, electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board.
The rooms do not have a television.
We have provided a small supply of crockery and cutlery for you to use. If you use these items please wash them up and leave in the dish drainer.
If you have takeaway food please put the wrappers in the kitchen waste bin, not in your room.
Visitors can connect to the residential network (ResNet) using the GUEST_WIFI. For more information see our IT pages.
Receptions will be closed on bank holidays and are subject to change during vacation and University closure times.
- Stag Hill Reception, serving Millennium House and Surrey Court, is open 8:00am - 8:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am - 5:00pm on Saturday.
- Manor Park Reception is open 8:00am - 8:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am - 5:00pm on Saturday.
- In case of an emergency please contact Security.
The Reception team will assist with information and maintenance requests.
Meals are not included in your stay, however, there are several restaurants, cafes and a convenience store at the University.
Please note that times may change during public holidays, University vacations and University closure periods.
Once a booking has been confirmed, if you subsequently wish to cancel any part of your stay we will require at least three working days' notice; if this notice is not given then no refund will be given.
