We are delighted to welcome The Lady Chief Justice, The Right Honourable Baroness Carr, the Head of the Judiciary of England and Wales and the President of the Courts of England and Wales to give the Annual Toulson Law Lecture on Wednesday 4 March to discuss 'The Ever-Developing Common Law'.
Please join us prior to the lecture for the five-year anniversary celebration of Not Beyond Redemption, a charity supporting mothers in prison.
Not Beyond Redemption is a charity providing free family law advice and representation to mothers in prison to help them re-establish and maintain relationships with their children. Women are often not entitled to legal aid in private children’s law proceedings. Not Beyond Redemption is a team of specialist family lawyers and volunteers who aim to support mothers in prison to better understand their parental rights and improve contact with their children. They now hold clinics in all twelve women’s prisons in England and are the only charity that offers this service.
