PhD student granted Travel Award to attend 2016 Biennial Congress of the New Chaucer Society

Amy Louise Morgan, a PhD English Literature student at the University of Surrey, has been granted a travel award to attend and participate in the New Chaucer Society Congress in July 2016.

The international congress which is being held in London this year provides a forum for teachers and scholars of Geoffrey Chaucer and the later Middle Ages to present their research and advance the study of Chaucer and his time. Amy will also be attending the New Chaucer Society Graduate Student Workshop on Sunday 10 July 2016 and will be blogging about her experience on the Women’s Literary Culture and the Medieval Canon project blog.
