Top five for student satisfaction with hospitality and tourism programmes

NSS 2014 results show overall satisfaction at 93 per cent.

Hospitality and tourism programmes at the University of Surrey continue to provide high levels of student satisfaction, according to the results of the 2014 National Student Survey (NSS).

Ranked in the top five nationally, the results were particularly strong in teaching, academic support and personal development, all of which provided over 92 per cent satisfaction.

The results of the NSS, which gathers opinions from final-year undergraduates on the quality of their courses, saw the University of Surrey as a whole rise to 8th place nationally.
