The non-human entities gaining popularity are artificially intelligent (AI) agents used for day-to-day human activities like domestic assistance (Singh, 2021). There is an incessant need to understand better these agents (Marketing Science Institute, 2020). So, I wish to draw attention to the conversational AI agents as a certain type of AI capable of conversing like humans and giving companionship, too (Sætra, 2020).
