Before starting her doctoral studies, she gained nearly ten years of enterprise risk management (ERM) experience in large corporations across both the internet industry and traditional industries. Her professional experience has shaped her academic interest in ERM and its development in the age of artificial intelligence.
Her research explores the dynamic issues of ERM in the age of artificial intelligence, with a focus on how organisations can address risk management challenges in an AI-driven environment. She is especially interested in bridging academic research and industry practice.
