Amy Reeve

Amy Reeve is the Head of Mass Shipper Management and Demand Generation at Amazon Freight, the global logistics arm of Amazon. In this role, she leads commercial strategy across mass-market customer acquisition and growth, driving scalable revenue generation and building high-performing teams across multiple geographies.

A global commercial leader with a career spanning multiple countries and industries, Amy brings deep expertise in marketing, sales, and business development gained across the oil and gas, manufacturing, and technology sectors. She has a track record of building and scaling commercial functions, launching new market propositions, and leading cross-functional teams through periods of rapid growth and transformation.

Amy holds an MBA and is a qualified executive coach and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner. She applies these disciplines through her coaching business, where she supports women in building confidence and unlocking their personal and professional potential.

Beyond her corporate career, Amy serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of The Change Project, a domestic abuse charity. In this role, she provides strategic governance and leadership to an organisation dedicated to supporting survivors and driving systemic change.
