MSc Tourism MarketingIvana Neskovic is a senior client operations leader with over a decade of experience in technology and data-driven environments, specialising in global team leadership, client retention, and commercial growth across the hospitality and travel sectors. A University of Surrey MSc Tourism Marketing alumna, she has built her career at the intersection of data, client strategy, and people leadership - most recently as Director of Client Operations at CoStar, where she leads a global team of 30+ across EMEA and APAC, supporting one of the world's largest hotel benchmarking platforms.
Beyond her executive career, Ivana is passionate about giving back: she mentors University of Surrey students through the Alumni Network, advises Inspiring Women in Hospitality, and supports Young Enterprise as a business advisor. She is based in London and is actively exploring Non-Executive Director and advisory opportunities, particularly with organisations focused on inclusion, education, and social impact.
