2010Matthew is a Director at Deloitte within Strategy, Risk, and Transactions Advisory, focusing on solving critical challenges for financial services clients across regulation, operations, transformation, and technology including Generative A.I. He has worked with 15 of the world's largest global banks, leading asset managers, and technology providers.
Before joining Deloitte, Matthew was the first employee of JDX Consulting, which he helped grow to over 1,000 employees across seven countries before its acquisition by Delta Capita. He held senior leadership positions in the UK and internationally, including Head of Americas based in New York and Head of Europe.
Passionate about developing future leaders, Matthew created the Deloitte Banking Academy, training over 1,500 graduates globally and providing access to opportunities for underrepresented communities. Matthew is a qualified Barrister and Master of Laws.
