Graduate Chutima Termsuk Medical Physics MSc Many of our masters students progress on to a PhD in an area they’re passionate about, while others take up a wide range of exciting roles in industry. On graduation day, we caught up with Chutima Termsuk, who studied for our Medical Physics MSc and is now undertaking a PhD at Surrey in radiation dosimetry.
Graduate Peter Bryant The course really helped prepare me for my future career – I apply almost every element of my MSc on a daily basis – and allowed me to make a wealth of useful contacts.
Student Stefan Bell While on placement, I’ve become more confident in myself from dealing with a lot of different people, both internally and externally.
Student James Bellinger Physics with Astronomy with foundation year BSc (Hons) One of the aspects of the course I most enjoy is the project work because I can take what we’ve learnt, and my outside readings, and apply it to specific subjects that fascinate me.
Student Erin Donovan One of the things I enjoy the most about the course is the variety in the way we’re taught and assessed: we’ve had practical lab sessions and a clinical visit to a nuclear medicine department, alongside traditional classroom lectures.
Student Vadim Rusakov Physics with Astronomy MPhys I'd definitely recommend doing an MPhys programme. It's the best way to learn your subject, regardless of your future career ambitions.
