| Room types and location | There are a range of room bands (A–E) available over the summer at Stag Hill and Manor Park. If you are currently living in university accommodation we will keep you in your current room where possible. | Kitchen facilities | There is a kitchen on each floor with standard appliances including hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. | |
| Bedding | Bedding is not provided. You can bring your own or purchase a bedding pack. | |
| Do I need to pay VAT for my room? | If you are an enrolled student, VAT will not be charged. VAT may apply for the first 28 days depending on your study status. | |
| Parking | There is no parking on Stag Hill or Manor Park. | |
| Cancellations and refunds | You may amend or cancel your booking up to the day it begins. After this, a minimum of two weeks' notice is required. | |
