Estates and facilities

Estates and Facilities is responsible for the planning, development and day‑to‑day management of the University’s buildings, grounds and infrastructure. Working across all faculties and departments, we provide essential services including building projects, maintenance, cleaning, space management and environmental sustainability.

We are focused on developing and adapting the estate to meet future requirements, creating flexible, sustainable spaces that support the University’s academic mission and deliver an excellent experience for current and future generations of students and staff.
