Our Development Prospectus outlines the key projects and investment opportunities that will help deliver our Estate Strategy and Master Plan. It showcases priority developments that will enhance our teaching, research and student experience, while supporting sustainable growth of the University’s campus.

Stag Hill campus

Spine road

Exciting changes are coming to the Spine Road. As part of the Kerb Appeal project, our main campus thoroughfare will be transformed into a more pedestrian-friendly space, with reduced vehicle traffic and improved areas for walking, meeting, and enjoying campus life.

Campus lake

The campus lake is also being enhanced, with new accessible pathways creating a continuous route around the water. These improvements will make it easier for everyone to move around campus, strengthen connections between key areas, and provide more opportunities to enjoy the surroundings.

Gift city

Surrey's new world-class international branch campus (IBC) is located in Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City), India's first international financial hub. This campus is designed to connect academic excellence with industry innovation - creating a launchpad for the next generation of leaders in technology, finance, and sustainable enterprise.
