Bayesian statistics meets burrowing lugworms: Estimating bio-irrigation in ocean sediment

This talk acts as an introduction to Bayesian Statistics and illustrates it's role in parameter estimation, for the specific problem of estimating the flow of water induced by the lugworm Arenicola marina burrowing into ocean sediment.
