The Gary Clark Scholarship will support one female student studying at the University of Surrey by giving £12,000 (£4,000 per academic year for up to three years of study), by way of a partial fee waiver.
Please note that funding for a Professional Training Year will not be given.
This scholarship will support a female student studying an undergraduate programme within the School of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering, with the subjects listed below.
The terms of the scholarship listed above are at the discretion of the donor and may be subject to change before awarding.
Eligibility criteria
To apply for this scholarship, the applicant must:
- Be a female Home/UK student
- Be a first-year undergraduate student beginning their studies in September 2026 at the University of Surrey, studying either:
- Computer Science
- Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence
- Computer Science and Cyber Security
- Computing with Business Management
- Astronautics and Space Engineering
- Computer and Internet Engineering
- Electronic Engineering
- Electronic Engineering with Artificial Intelligence.
