About
My research project
Dissecting The Prostate Cancer Microbiome and Immune Microenvironment to Understand Ethnic Disparities in Clinical Outcomes.Final-year PhD researcher in Oncology at the University of Surrey, specialising in prostate cancer biology, spatial biology and tumour immunology. My research combines ultra-high-plex spatial imaging, genetic ancestry analysis, shotgun metagenomic sequencing and multi-omics data integration to investigate the biological mechanisms underlying ethnic disparities in prostate cancer clinical outcomes.
