Dr Lucy Elphick

I am Programme Manager in the Surrey Circular Economy Group, where I am responsible for the management of a portfolio of research projects that are working to advance sustainability and innovation. I am passionate about advancing research that drives a more sustainable future and thrive on building collaborative networks. My goal is to ensure the success of both the projects I manage and the careers of researchers and project managers within my teams.

I am also the lead for the Surrey Project Manager's Network (Surrey PRISM Network), promoting the role of the Surrey PRISM community and supporting knowledge exchange within the University.  As a Network we have received Enhanced Research Culture (ERC) funding that is being used to provide PRISM-specific training and community building activities.
