Claire Dingley

Claire is a seasoned Operations Executive with over 20 years of progressive leadership driving innovation and transformation across global technology, SaaS (Software as a Service) and service organisations. 

Her most recent role was Global VP of Client Operations at CloudFactory (an international, mission-driven AI platform and Human-in-the-Loop services company), where Claire helped pivot the business back to large-scale growth leading a global team of over 6,000 gig workers and 150 full time team members across six countries. 

Throughout her Enterprise and scale-up career including Vodafone (Internet of Things), McLaren, and Microsoft, Claire has utilised her expertise in re-architecting operating models, improving profitability, driving digital enablement and elevating service quality.  

Having led global teams from 100 to 6,000+, Claire holds a deep commitment to empowering people and aligning teams behind a shared mission, and is energised by building people-centred, performance-driven cultures that unlock growth and innovation.

Claire holds an MBA from the University of Surrey, a BSc in Management Science from Lancaster University, and a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School.
