2007Deniz Mace-Jones is the Global Head of Rates & Credit Product, and Electronic Distribution for UBS. She has over 18 years experience across Fixed Income markets, with deep knowledge of trading protocols and market structure. She has established herself in the field of electronification, digitisation and AI projects within the financial markets.
She is also an active member of the Junior Talent development stream and a neurodiversity advocate/mentor at UBS, as well as serving on the EMEA Fixed Income advisory board for Qurorum15, an industry association.
Prior to UBS, she worked in Fixed Income Electronic Sales roles at Citi and Deutsche Bank, and initially started her career at Bloomberg focusing on FX in Emerging Markets.
