The Antonio Carluccio Foundation provides six scholarships of £4,000 each to all undergraduate students at the University of Surrey undertaking their Professional Training Year (PTY) during 2022/2023.

The Antonio Carluccio Foundation Placement Training Year (PTY) Bursary provides six scholarships of £4,000 each for undergraduate students at the University of Surrey undertaking their Professional Training Year (PTY) in a placement either in a restaurant or within the food and beverage side of hospitality during 2022/2023. Please note that application to Antonio Carluccio Foundation PTY Bursary is competitive and not all applications will be successful.
Eligibility criteria
In order to be eligible:
- You must be a full-time undergraduate student
- Open to all UK/EU/Overseas current undergraduate students at the University of Surrey.
- Undertaking a professional training year in a restaurant, or within the food and beverage side of hospitality during the 2022-2023 academic year (courses that do not offer a full professional training year are not eligible).
- Applicants must demonstrate that they are earning a salary of less than £16,000 p.a. on their Professional Training Year (PTY).
Preference will then be given to students, who are currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management.
