International Event Management BSc (Hons)

Our International Event Management degree combines business and management knowledge with the specialist skills needed to design, plan and deliver events. 

You’ll explore the international events industry while developing practical expertise in areas such as event design and operations, sustainability and innovation. You’ll also have opportunities to put what you learn into practice by producing live events during your studies. 

This course is a good fit if… you’re organised, creative and enjoy bringing ideas to life. You like working with people, thrive in fast-moving environments and want a career where no two projects feel the same. 

You’re looking for a career in areas like… event management, event production, festivals, conferences and exhibitions, corporate events or experiential marketing. 

International Hospitality Management BSc (Hons)

This degree gives you a strong foundation in management alongside specialist expertise in the global hospitality industry. You’ll explore how successful hospitality businesses operate. 

You’ll learn how to manage customer experiences, food and beverage operations, hotel services, finance and sustainability to name a few, while applying your knowledge. This is also the only programme where you’ll get hands-on experience in our Lakeside Training restaurant. 

This course is a good fit if… you’re passionate about providing the best customer experience, enjoy working in an international environment and can see yourself managing teams, operations or businesses in the hospitality sector. 

You’re looking for a career in areas like… hotel management, luxury hospitality, customer experience, hospitality consultancy or business development. 

International Tourism Management BSc (Hons)

Explore how tourism connects people, places and cultures around the world, and develop the skills to build a career in this fast-moving global industry. 

You’ll learn how destinations are managed, how tourism businesses respond to changing traveller-needs, and how the industry can grow in more responsible and sustainable ways.  

This course is a good fit if… you love travel but are equally curious about the business, economic, social and environmental forces behind it. You’re interested in destinations, sustainability and how tourism can create positive change. 

You’re looking for a career in areas like… tour operations, government and tourism planning, destination management, tourism consultancy, travel management, sustainable tourism, or tourism marketing. 

International Hospitality and Tourism Management BSc (Hons)

Interested in both hospitality and tourism and don’t want to choose between them? 

Our International Hospitality and Tourism Management degree brings the two together, combining specialist hospitality and tourism modules with essential business and management knowledge. You’ll explore the experiences individual businesses provide, to the way destinations attract and manage visitors. 

This course is a good fit if… you’re interested in both hospitality and tourism, want to keep your career options broad and would like to understand how businesses and destinations work together to create successful visitor experiences. 

You’re looking for a career in areas like… resort management, theme parks and attractions management, destination management, and tourism marketing.

International Airline and Airport Management BSc (Hons)

If airports, airlines and the world of aviation fascinate you, our International Airline and Airport Management degree allows you to turn that interest into specialist management expertise. 

The programme brings airline and airport management together, giving you a broad understanding of how the air transport industry works and how its different elements connect.  

You’ll explore areas including airline and airport operations, strategic planning, revenue management, marketing, sustainability, innovation and aviation data analytics. 

This course is a good fit if… you’re fascinated by aviation and want to understand the strategy and operations behind airlines and airports. You enjoy problem-solving, working with data and understanding complex global systems.
