Memorable Tourism Experiences: The Role and Application of Experiential Marketing (EM) Tools and Models to Generation Y
My research is about to find out how do the use/application of Experiential Marketing (EM) and its tools & models affect the way that millennial tourists’ (Generation Y) develop their memorable tourism experiences (MTE) at emerging tourism destinations. This would be really an extraordinary and an added brick in the wall of future research with Generation Y and involvement of Experiential Marketing with tourism creating immersive experiences.
