2018Sport has always been more than a passion — for me, it’s a platform and a life’s mission to break down barriers, inspire hope, and create meaningful, lasting change. I’ve long believed in its ability to bring people together across borders, cultures, and perspectives, both on and off the pitch.
After graduating from the University of Surrey with a degree in Business Management, I launched a boutique talent management agency focused on representing young, emerging footballers. That work led to securing early contracts for players who have since gone on to represent England — and gave me deep insight into the challenges and responsibilities of shaping sporting careers from the ground up.
Earlier formative experiences with clubs like Chelsea FC and City Football Group gave me an early view into high-performance environments, but it was building something of my own that laid the foundation for how I approach work today.
I now serve as Director of Sales for EMEA at Sportable, a sports technology company that equips elite teams and federations with smart ball and player tracking data to elevate performance and engagement. Alongside that, I support early-stage companies as an angel investor — particularly those working at the intersection of sport, entertainment, and innovation.
I was awarded a distinction from the University of Cambridge for my research on athlete entrepreneurship, with a key focus on women’s football and how female athletes are redefining value, visibility, and leadership in the game.
My journey has been anything but linear, but I’ve learned to embrace the turbulence, trust in patience, and keep moving onwards.
