Lisa Shah

Lisa joined Tesco after graduating from University of Surrey in 2011, working across various functions including Property, Buying and Supply Chain. She is currently the Space, Range and Merchandising Director for Tesco, leading a team of over 100 colleagues in the UK and India who are accountable for macro and micro space allocation, layouts and ranging science across the Tesco large and convenience stores in the UK. Her proudest moments are leading the team through the ‘Range Reset’ programme that reviewed range, price, space and end to end efficiencies for every food category.

Lisa is passionate about people, developing talent and giving back. She was part of establishing the Women at Tesco (now Gender Equality Network) and enjoys spending time mentoring colleagues to reach their full potential. She has recently taken on a trustee role at Brightside Charity, which was set up to support charities and organisations that help people find and maintain a safe place to call home, and help young people access the education, spaces and opportunities that every person deserves.
