Nicki is a Partner at PA Consulting where she leads strategic cost transformation programmes for healthcare organisations in the UK. She has supported a diverse range of programmes but each shares a common goal linked to improving patient access and outcomes and delivering sustained improvements for the people and organisations involved.

Throughout her working life, Nicki has been passionate about building diverse high performing teams and supporting others on their career journey. She has been involved in a number of women in leadership initiatives and mentoring programmes and acted as an operating unit lead for graduates embarking on their first role in professional services.

She started her career during her final semester at Surrey when a campus careers councillor helped match her skillset with a career in accountancy. This led her to complete her finance training with a London NHS Trust, following which she made the move into consulting at Deloitte, where she worked for 12 years prior to her current role.
