Natalie holds an MSc in International Healthcare Management from Imperial College London and is Co-Founder and CEO of SurgeryAI, a healthcare technology company helping hospitals plan and schedule surgery more effectively so patients can be treated sooner. She founded the company in 2023 and has since raised over £1 million, with more than half coming through non-dilutive Innovate UK funding to develop its technology.
