The Department of Nutritional Sciences is home to a vibrant research community and an innovative teaching and learning environment. 

  • The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2019 ranks our food science courses second in the UK and the Complete University Guide 2020 places us third.
  • We achieved 100 per cent overall satisfaction for Nutrition in the National Student Survey (NSS) 2019.
