Accounting and finance at Surrey ranked twelfth nationally

Surrey climbs to twelfth place in the Complete University Guide for accounting and finance programmes.

The Complete University Guide 2016 has ranked the University of Surrey twelfth in the UK – and number one in the south east – for degrees in the Accounting & Finance subject area.

The successful result mirrors that of the University as a whole, with Surrey rising four places to eighth nationally.

Professor David Goss, Head of Surrey Business School, commented: "This marks a great achievement for the School and reflects the expertise and commitment of our staff, not least because within the top 20 schools we were number one for student satisfaction.

"Accounting and finance are critical business disciplines and Surrey Business School is proud to be a leader in providing an education that combines academic rigour with professional credibility. We are committed to providing our graduates with the knowledge and applied skills that they need to be tomorrow’s leaders in their profession."
